ALL Items are inspected before packaging and shipping.  Refunds are Only allowed on unused, unopened items, Unless Damaged in Shipping.  You Must email us at GrannysCountryHome@yahoo.com within 3 days of package delivery and provide a picture for proof of damage.

We Strive to Get Our Shipments Out to you as Quickly as possible. We provide Tracking Information once package leaves our address.
